Costumes
- Halloween Online's costume section has

to them. Be sure and include in the invitations that
everyone comes dressed in their favorite ghost costume.

feel to them.
Decorations
- You want
your house to look haunted inside and out. Inside, keep
the lighting low, use electric candles all over. Stick
ravens, owls, bats everywhere. Lots of cobwebs placed
all over. Outside, lining the walk way to the front door
with glowing Jack-O-Lanterns. Hang gauze ghosts in the
trees. Have spooky music playing for your guests to hear
as they walk up.
Refreshments
- Serve some ghastly treats! Ghosts don't eat much so
feel free to feed them the food of the living. Halloween
treats like a coffin shaped cake, marshmallow ghosts,

Music
- Dark, soundscapes will work well as will sounds of
haunted houses. Chains rattling, ghosts moaning, screams
in the distance. There are many sound effects and

- Telling round table ghost stories work well for this
ghostly party. You can also take some children's games
like "The Tell Tale Tale", "Weaving A Scary Tale" or

Turn your house into a haunted house for the night! Start by
lining the walk way to the front door with Jack-O-Lanterns.

over the inside of your windows and adorn them with
silhouettes of ghosts, hanged men and black cats.
Inside, dark lighting, candelabras, black roses, cob webs.
Throw old white or slightly yellowed sheets over furniture.
The house should look old and haunted inside and out.
Costumes should be ghosts of all kinds, there are quite a
few Gothy ghost costumes available. If they want, just use a
white sheet but dress it up by distressing it, cutting or
shredding the bottom and dying it to look old and yellowed.
